Torino thinks about World indoors 2014
Italian media are reporting that after succesfull European Indoor Championships, the city of Torino and national federation FIDAL are considering a bid to stage World Indoor Championships 2014.

Bayer set European long jump record
Germanyís Sebastian Bayer set in the menís long jump a European record of 8.71 (the second jump in the indoor history) in Torino.

Gold and bronze medals in womenís 400m
Antonina Krivoshapka won the womenís 400m at the European Indoor Championships in Torino clocking 51.18. Darya Safonova finished third with 51.85.

Golubchikova becomes Pole vault champion

Spasovkhodskiy takes bronze
Igor Spasovkhodskiy took the bronze medal in the menís triple jump at the European Indoor Championships in Torino. He achieved 17.15m.

Ivan Ukhov won the menís high jump at the European Indoor Championships in Turino clearing 2.32m. Aleksey Dmitrik shared the second place with Ioannu Kiriaros of Cyprus with 2.29m.
