Marina Kuptsova starts in Moscow
27.12.2005 Russia’s former record holder Marina Kuptsova who recovered after her Achilles tendon rupture will start the 2006 indoor season in Moscow. She will compete at the High jumps with music meeting on 21 January and at the Russian Winter, an IAAF Indoor Permit meeting, on 25 January.

Olesia Nurgalieva wins in Honolulu
12.12.2005 Olesia Nurgalieva won the Honululu Marathon held yesterday in USA. She clocked 2:30:24. Alevtina Ivanova placed third with 2:38:17 behind Japan’s Eri Hayakawa with 2:32:59.
