Olga Topilskaya won the women’s 400m at the European U23 Championships in Ostrava clocking 51.45 seconds. Yuliya Terekhova finished second clocking 52.63.
Sergey Shubenkov won the men’s 110mH in 13.56, and Aleksey Dryomin was 5th - 13.74. Dmitriy Zhelyabin took the bronze medal in the men’s pole vault clearing 5.55m (his PB). Anton Ivakin repeated his PB of 5.50m and placed 5th. Dmitriy Tarabin placed 3rd in the men’s javelin throw achieving 83.18m.
