Yelena Isinbayeva wins at Memorial Van Damme

Olympic Champion Yelena Isinbayeva won the women’s pole vault at the 30th Memorial Van Damme, an IAAF Golden League meeting, held in Brussels yesterday.
Yelena started her competition at 4.66m which she cleared at her first attempt. Then she asked to raise the bar at 4.81m and she needed two attempt to take the mark.
Becoming the winner, Yelena tried to set a new World record of 5.03 meters, but didn’t succeed.
