Athletes arriving to Moscow

Famous Merlene Ottey arrives to Moscow to compete in the women’s 60 meters at the 2007 Russian Winter today. Yesterday, Cuban athletes’ team including Yoandri Betanzos, Yergelis Savigne, Anier Garcia and Victor Moya arrived to Russian Capital.
Many Russian athletes are arriving today as well. Athletes will live in the Kosmos hotel known for them from the last year’s IAAF World Indoor Championships.
But there are some losses. Pavel Sof’in, Rodelen Santos, Andrey Yepishin and Lukasz Chyla will not compete. The crowd won’t see Hind Dehiba and Jeff Hartwig who is forbidden to fly by his doctors.
