Znamensky Memorial Meeting is ranked top Outdoor Permit Meeting in 2007

The Znamensky Memorial Meeting in Zhukovsky, Moscow region topped the European Athletic rankings for Outdoor Permit Meetings in 2007.
World Triple Jump Champion and Long Jump silver medallist, Tatyana Lebedeva, was just one of a number of home grown stars who performed in spectacular Russian style in front of an appreciative audience. Lebedeva took the Long Jump title in 6.84m, adding to the 81,067 points that the Znamensky Memorial Meeting earned to place them at the top of the list.

The ranking of each Meeting has been calculated by adding the top 5 performances in the best 14 events, plus the two next best scoring performances, bringing the total number of performances considered for evaluation to 72.

There must be a minimum of six athletes in each event considered for scoring and at least three European Athletes (from different countries) per event.
