Plus two medals in Bydgoszcz

Tatyana Mineyeva and Elmira Alembekova won the gold medal and the silver one in today’s women’s 10.000m RW at the 12th IAAF World Junior Championships in Athletics being held in Bydgoszcz. Mineyeva set a course record of 43:24.72 and Alembekova set a personal best of 43:45.16.
Russians were leading the race replacing each other up to the half of the distance where Mineyeva took an initiative. China’s Yanfei finished third clocking 44.24,10 (PB).
