Keitany the 1500m sensation

Kenyan Haron Keitany clocked excellent world leading 3:33.96 at 1500 m during KBC Indoor Meet (IAAF permit) in Gent, Belgium. It is the 9th best performer ever at the distance indoors.
Daniel Kipchirchir Komen finished his season opener second with also high quality 3:34.86. Keitany has outdoors 3:32.06 and is the African Champion 2008 and Weltklasse Zurich winner last year. It was his only second indoor race of the career after winning the 1000 m last weekend in Moscow at the Russian Winter meeting.
