Russia’s 6 wins in Slovakia

Russian athletes took six wins during two-days Athletics Bridge meeting in Slovakian cities of Banska Bystrica and Dubnica nad Vahom. Andrei Tereshin and Olesia Krasnomovets won in their events on both days.
On Day 1 in Banska Bystrica, Andrei Tereshin won the men’s high jump with 2.26 meters and Olesia Krasnomovets clocked 51.26 seconds in the women’s 400m. Andrei Farnosov won the men’s 3000m St with 8:46.41 minutes.

On Day 2 in Dubnica nad Vahom Tereshin bettered his result by 1cm. Olesia Krasnomovets achieved the better time of 50.77 sec as well. Dmitri Forshev won the men’s 400 meters with 47.90 seconds.

Tatiana Lysenko achieved 71.22 and 70.19 meters in the women’s hammer throw. She yielded to Cuban Yipsi Moreno (74.95 and 73.36) on both days.

Yekaterina Kondratieva was the runner-up, clocking 23.72 seconds in the women’s 200m on Day 1 and achieving 11.76sec in the women’s 100m on Day 2.

Tatiana Firova was third in the women’s 400 meters with 51.87 seconds on Day 1 and second on Day 2 — 51.28sec.
