Litvinova first in heat, but second in summary

Lyudmila Litvinova won the 1st heat of the women’s 400m clocking 51.23 at the 1st European Team Championships in Leiria.
But she placed second in the summary list where the best was Libania Grenot of Italy.
“I liked the mark but it was my first 400m run this season, so it could be better. I didn´t like to run in the weakest series I was happy to run here, the city is very nice. I hope to improve for the world championships”, said Litvinova.
