Lamine Diack in Kazan

IAAF President Lamine Diack arrived in Kazan this morning to take a part in the “Russia – Country of Sports” Forum.
Lamine Diack will make a speech at the opening ceremony and then hold a number of meetings. There are in Kazan IAAF Council Member Sergey Bubka as well.
