New delay in Deviatovskiy and Tikhon case

The Court of Arbitration for Sport informs about new delay in hammer case of Belarus athletes Vadim Deviatovskiy and Ivan Tikhon from Beijing Games 2008.
New date for their appeal hearing is set for January 25-27, 2010. The hearing was originally set for last July, then put back until Dec. 4-5. They won initially silver and bronze in China but later tested positive. The International Olympic Committee disqualified the two last December.
