Lavillenie clears 582 and tries 602

European indoor champion and Berlin bronze winner Renaud Lavillenie showed excellent early shape at special pole vault meeting in Aulnay-sous-Bois.
He cleared new indoor PB 582 in first attempt and then tried at new French record height 602 cm. His next indoor meet will be in Bordeaux on January 24. Lavillenie in his series started with 540 and 561 in first, then 570 in second. Second another Berlin finalist Damiel Dossevi achieved 561, third Jerome Clavier 552 and fourth Olympic gold medalist 1996 Jean Galfione with 540 (his best mark in last three years). British record holder Kate Dennison was the best woman with 419 cm.
