Masai for CC, Cheruiyot for Doha

Long distance Kenyan track female world champions will have different ways early next year.
10 000 m gold medalist Linet Masai will aim for the success at IAAF World CC Championships in Bydgoszcz, end of March. The 5000 m winner Vivian Cheruiyot will concentrate at 3000 m during World Indoor Championships in Doha. That was confirmed by their agent Ricky Simms. Cheruiyot will debut at World Indoors and so far has only two undercover races in her career (3000 m wins last winter in Valencia and Birmingham). Masai never competed indoors, but is improving yearly at World CC events. She was third in 2008 and second in 2009. But both will have one common aim in the summer. Try to run a fast 10 000 m race.
