Sally McLellan skips season
The season of olympic 100 m hurdles medalist Sally McLellan is in danger.
As Australian media are informing, a back injury which made cruel her world championships campaign is set to keep her from hurdling until the middle of next year. McLellan isn‘t sure whether she will even be able to compete in the Australian domestic season and, if she does, it will only be in the 100m and 200m. She doesn‘t expect to be hurdling again until at least May although she plans to run the 100m hurdles and 200m at next year‘s Delhi Commonwealth Games. She was as guest at Zatopek:10 event at Olympic Park as ambassador for Victoria‘s Fastest Kid competition.
