Tatyana Kotova will get the 2000 Olympic bronze medal in the women’s long jump because the IOC has redistributed Marion Jones’ two medals won in Sidney.

Tatyana Kotova will get the 2000 Olympic bronze medal in the women’s long jump because the IOC has redistributed Marion Jones’ two medals won in Sidney.

Marion Jones had won at the Olympics in Sidney 5 medals including 3 gold ones. She said later that she had taken doping.

Tatyana Kotova who placed fourth in Sidney achieving 6.83m will add the bronze medal to her 2004 Olympic bronze medal. Kotova has 3 World Indoor gold medals, 2 World Indoor silver medals and the European gold medal as well. Tatyana is rearing her little son.
