Star sprint at Russian Winter

A World Champion and a European Champion will face each other in the women’s 60m at the 2010 Russian Winter on 7 February in Moscow.
World Indoor Champion Angela Williams of USA, who prepares to defend her title in Doha, will come to Moscow for the first time. She is the favorite for the women’s 60m race. Angela won at the last year’s World Indoor Championships in Valencia clocking 7.06.
Her main rival will be European Indoor champion Yevgeniya Polyakova who won the women’s 60m in Torino in 7.18 last year. Her PB of 7.09 is dated 2008.
There are in the lineup Joice Maduaka (GB) and Michelle Lewis (USA) as well.
