World Indoor Champion Angela Williams (USA) preparing to defend her title in Doha is coming to Moscow to win for the first time in her career.
“Thank you for inviting me to the competition. I am looking forward to having a lot of fun this indoor season. I have been working hard and want to just come over and do my best. I have no pressure placed on myself”, she said.
“It is a new year and new season. I have never been to Russia before, so I am very happy to be competing there, so I can see the country. I love to see new places. I have a lot of meets lined up over here in Europe to try and get ready for our US Nationals, so I pray all goes well, I stay healthy and make it back to World Indoors to defend my title. The meet should be a great success. Thanks again!!!”, added Angela.
