Viktor Chistyakov clears 5.72

Viktor Chistyakov cleared in the men’s pole vault 5.72m at a meeting held in Athens (Greece) as a replacement of the Athens 2010, an IAAF Indoor meeting, cancelled early.
Chistyakov’s result is World’s fourth and his season best. He attacked 5.85 as well but couldn’t. Another Russian Dmitriy Starodubtsev placed third with 5.52 after Konstadinos Filippidis of Greece on second with 5.62.
