Swiss court orders Diamond League to invite Hind Dehiba to Lausanne meeting

A Swiss court has ruled that the refusal of top athletics meetings to invite athletes who have served drug bans is a restraint of trade.
It has ordered Thursday’s Diamond League meeting in Lausanne to issue an invitation to France’s European 1500 metres silver medallist Hind Dehiba.
Dehiba won the ruling in a civil court in the Canton of Vaud, the first legal breach in the exclusion policy of Euro Meetings, a collective of the continent’s commercial meetings. She is expected now to sue other meetings that have excluded her for damages.
